Okay, so it's been ages since I've posted here.
I'm alive, still working, finally over the flu just in time for allergy season, and my cat is very orange and fluffy.
There we go, got that out of the way, on to the more interesting stuff.
N'duk volume III was a hit, and while I'm working on volume IV, it'll be a little while in coming out, probably MFF, or even FC. Reason being, I'll also be working on giving Gwyneth her own book. Originally she was just going to appear in various N'duk stories, but as I planned stories she began to overwhelm them. So, to combat that problem, she's getting her own book, which I hope to release at the same time.
Due to some of her history, and other details of her personality, the Gwyneth book will be aimed at a bit more mature audience, whereas my N'duk stories can be read by any middle-schooler who doesn't mind some violence. Now, don't go getting the wrong idea, it's not going to be all about the murring and the purring, but, there will be themes touched on that I don't think are appropriate for kids.
Also planned is me finally getting around to starting my N'duk comic, which I'll post one page a week from on my site, once I get it built, then after that I've got the two childrens storybooks I've had planned for a while. My day job is fine, but, it's hardly what I want to do for the rest of my life. It's time I really start doing something that can take me somewhere, maybe, eventually, I hope.
So, yeah, new art, new stories, new website, all coming soon. And by soon, I mean sometime in the eventual future. I haven't figured out how to make things happen in the past yet, but once I do... profit.

Okay, so, I have tons and tons of characters, as many of you know, but only a few are really dear to me. Among those are my popular characters N'duk, Roderick, Gwyneth, Tevit and J'ktal. But, I have one more which few people know about, despite him being my oldest character with the longest story, and most development.
Yes, eight years ago, before I even knew that Furry existed, I was on a small storytelling board which no longer exists. On that board, I created a hare character who used my same name. Not enjoying seeing my own name on the computer screen, I changed it. Thus, Trebban Leslie Pravus, better known as Trebban Blacktail, was born.
Quite possibly one of my simplest characters, he's an ill-educated rover who has used his endurance to get himself through life, though falls victim to many vices--the largest of which being his alcoholism. He's my only character whose original design has remained for his look, and I have not been able to improve upon, and the only one who looks a little like myself.
That said, I have no idea why he seldom wishes to be drawn. Most of my other characters I can force against their will, but most of the time, Trebban simply refuses to be drawn, and it's starting to irk me as I've only seldom gotten out a decent image of him. Any of you ever run across a time when you just can't get a character to come out right? Drives me nuts, sometimes.

Okay, I've done it. I've joined the horde of screaming masses of LJ folk on the internet. Now I too can rant and ramble, whine and gloat before an audience of millions! Or, maybe the handful of people who know who I am...
So, I never have been much for these things, and often find LJ's more full of drama and attention-whoring than anything helpful, but, friends have convinced me to get one, so here I am. Might see about using it to give updates on projects and the like. Only time will tell, folks, only tike will tell!
